Team Spirit, Celebration, and Connection at the Heart of ID_CORP’s Recent Social Events.
From embracing healthy competition to championing gender equality, the past few months have seen the wider ID_CORP team, including ID_Land, ID_RE, SHAPE Homes, Next Living, and Title Capital come together in inspiring ways across a range of social events that reflect the values and culture of our growing group.
Corporate Triathlon.
In March, a group of ID_CORP staff joined forces to take on a Corporate Triathlon in Elwood. Beyond being a friendly competition that created a shared sense of accomplishment between teams, the triathlon presented a great opportunity for individuals across the ID_CORP group to connect with those outside their day-to-day roles and bolster relationships across businesses.
International Women’s Day.
Earlier in the month, ID_CORP brought all the wonderful women across the businesses to enjoy a group lunch where they connected, reflected, and celebrated their contributions and impact on the business, both currently and into the future. Striving to always create more gender equity across our businesses, the ID_CORP team is honoured to work alongside a team of women who inspire us everyday and push us to achieve our best.
Through ongoing group discussions, leadership opportunities, and mentoring – we’re committed to continuing to drive meaningful change and better gender equity outcomes across the development industry.
Annual Grand Prix Celebration.
Ending the quarter on a high note, this year’s annual ID_CORP Grand Prix event brought high-speed fun with a slot car racetrack shipped into the Boardroom, Melbourne Grand Prix viewing, plus catering, and additional games that fostered team collaboration and friendly competition. Viewed from our office overlooking Albert Park Lake where the real F1 race cars zipped around the track, the team’s energy and engagement were sky-high.
Across each of these events – whether centred on sport or celebration – a few things remained constant: the presence of our enthusiast team, the growing strength of our culture, and the value of coming together.
