The first Tuesday of every month is something the ID_Corp team looks forward to fondly, as the setting for the group’s monthly morning tea.
It’s a special opportunity for everyone across ID_Land, Next Living, SHAPE Homes, and Title Capital, to come together once a month for a shared morning tea that also champions the group’s collaborative culture.
Aimed at celebrating shared wins, improving efficiency, and fostering team culture across the various ID_Corp companies, these monthly morning teas help create deeper connections and improve knowledge sharing between departments.
Each month features presentations from leaders within the business offering a deep dive into various topics, such as new project announcements, construction updates, or industry trends – sharing inspiration and collectively upskilling the team.
