Construction Milestones Across Our Communities!
From the tranquil streets of Gisborne to the vibrant bayside of Port Melbourne, our communities have been celebrating construction milestones ranging from the first turning of soil through to finished homes being handed over to purchasers. Here’s a wrap up of what the last quarter of construction progress has looked like between Rosalia, The Crescent, and Port Lane.
Rosalia, Gisborne
In April we officially kicked off construction at Rosalia! Marking a huge step forward following the launch of this brand new community in the Macedon Ranges leafy town of Gisborne.
With progress quickly ramping up across May, Stages 1 and 2 are now well underway, with bulk earthworks complete and sewer and drainage installation progressing.
Outside of the first streets taking shape, early works on Rosalia’s wetlands have also commenced, commemorating the first steps in delivering lush green spaces and tranquil surrounds to our future residents.
Delivering affordable family focused housing options to the area, Rosalia’s latest release, The Iris Release, is now selling offering a range of lot sizes up to 1,500 sqm.
The Crescent, South Morang
Momentum is similarly building at The Crescent, where our construction partner SHAPE Homes has made impressive progress on the first of the 113 homes in the project, including the completion of all slabs and frames in Stage 1.
Elsewhere in the community, Stages 2, 3, and 4 have completed their slab pourings with framing now underway.
Meanwhile, site filling and pier installation have wrapped up across Stages 5 to 11, setting the stage for the next phase of construction to begin.
Lastly, park landscaping of the multiple parks at The Crescent is now complete delivering a series of BBQs, playgrounds, and outdoor gathering spaces for future residents and their guests to use.
Port Lane, Port Melbourne
Following the completion of the first nine townhomes in Stage 1 during May, handovers have continued to take place at Port Lane, welcoming the very first residents to their new homes!
With a new display townhome now open by appointment, we’re excited to welcome visitors to experience our builder SHAPE Homes’ timeless design in these bayside residences.
Comprising 122 homes in total, we look forward to seeing Port Lane continue to flourish as construction progress continues ahead.
