Celebrating Rosalia’s launch, a new ID_Land community in Gisborne!
Kickstarting this quarter off strong, we’re celebrating the official launch of our latest community Rosalia, offering a life that’s hard to resist in Gisborne!
Across several weekends we welcomed prospective buyers, future residents, and the wider Gisborne community to meet our team at Rosalia’s brand-new sales office located at 89 Ross Watt Road.
The lively, atmospheric weekends were filled with coffees, delicious pastries, live music, lawn games, and plenty of family fun for our future residents to begin discovering everything Rosalia has to offer.
Attendees also had the exclusive opportunity to be the amongst the very first to learn about our highly anticipated upcoming land releases.
Set amongst the picturesque Macedon Ranges, we’re excited to create a new, thriving, and connected community at Rosalia that blends natural beauty with modern convenience. Leveraging the local expertise our team has gained over the years through delivering our nearby Willow community also in Gisborne.
